Absolutely outstanding experience at Horley & Gatwick Dental Centre. This is genuinely one of the best dental practices I've ever visited. The team is exceptionally professional, warm and reassuring from the moment you walk in. The clinic is spotless, modern and very well organized, and you immediately feel you're in safe hands. The dentists are highly skilled, patient and thorough. They explain every step clearly, make sure you're comfortable, and deliver top quality care with real attention to detail. The nurses and reception staff are equally fantastic: friendly, efficient and always ready to help with appointments, questions or follow ups. Treatments are done with care and precision, and the whole experience feels smooth, calm and genuinely supportive. You never feel rushed, and they take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I recently registered with this Dental surgery, after searching for a long time for a good Dentist where I felt safe and comfortable, as I previously had bad experiences, and dreaded the Dentist 🫣 Right from when I entered Horley & Gatwick Dental Centre, I found the atmospher to be Sunny and Bright. The reception staff were bright, bubbly, warm and friendly, which immediately took away my anxiety. Then lovely Anna Maria, was assigned as my Dentist. I have found Anna to be caring, friendly and chatty. Anna also explained my treatment plan clearly, which really helped. During my procedures, Anna and her assistant would keep checking on me, asking if I was okay. So far, Anna Maria has done a good job, on my 2 white fillings, with such attention to detail. They were deep fillings and Anna worked hard, doing such a good job, you can' t  actually see the fillings, just 2 nice white teeth 😁 Efharistp poli, Anna Maria! 🇬🇷 See you all soon

I had my first appointment this afternoon and had a really lovely experience. I felt very welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived, and everyone at the practice was so friendly. I’d also spoken with Hannah before my appointment and she was brilliant, really quick to respond and very helpful in explaining everything clearly. Dr Adam was very gentle and patient throughout the examination, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Really pleased with my first visit and would definitely recommend!

Hi. Came in for my 6 month check up,  and hygienist session. The two ladies that looked after me were great, they even had the courtesy to laugh at my lame jokes,   felt very comfortable, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit, can't quite believe I'm saying I am looking forward to going to the dentist, but here we are. Such a good Dental Practice. I’ve been coming here for 20 years - always quick to answer the phone, Hannah is super friendly and always tries to accommodate any changes you may need. Good value treatment and hygienist. We had a referral for orthodontic treatment which was very quickly actioned. Highly recommended.

Look no one wants to go to the dentist but the girls on reception are really friendly and i had to have a tooth extracted a little while back, couldn’t have gone better

I always have a positive experience here. Reception staff are really welcoming and friendly and the dentists really put you at ease, my youngest son can sometimes be very nervous, but they have always been very helpful.

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a child, I have never had a problem here. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the dentists and hygienist are always full of advise on how to keep your dental health in check. My whole family come here now. Overall I would definitely recommend this dentist.
